Authentic Titanic Fabric Artifact in Square Display (stand not included)
Authentic Titanic Fabric Artifact in Square Display (stand not included)
Prior to the maiden voyage in April 1912, Titanic's finishing touches were made in Belfast, Ireland. A traveling merchant seaman visited the then famous ship in the final fitting-out stage and decided to take a piece of scrap fabric as a souvenir. He gifted this sizable piece of green baize (felt) to his sister. It stayed with the same family until 1998. The green baize in this display is a small piece of that souvenir scrap fabric.
