Refund policy

Full refund if not completely satisfied within 7-days of delivery. Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages/product once the item has been shipped. Not responsible for damages cause by the post office.

*On a special note - In over 17-years there has not been one returned item or dissatisfied customer. Because everyone loves Titanic and I am one of the first (currently just a few...and we know each other) that regularly sells authentic Titanic artifacts to the public at affordable prices.
